"Just because something isn't a lie does not mean it's not deceptive.  A liar knows that he is a liar, but one who speaks mere portions of truth in order to deceive is a craftsman at destruction." ~ Criss Jami

Do you happen to recall the movie Doubt, and in particular the scene where the feathers are flying all over.  If you've not seen the movie, I highly recommend it.  If you have seen the movie, you might recall the scene where the pillow feathers metaphorically illustrate the infinite reach of gossip.

In the video above, if you head to the 1.4 mark you will see me, and if you continue watching to the very end you will catch my striptease . . . of course, I suppose one must operationally define striptease. I mean it certainly doesn't seem like I am doing an exotic and erotic dance where I gradually undress in a seductive and sexually suggestive manner.  I don't know maybe those promoting the video, have a different definition in their dictionaries, when it comes to 'striptease'.

I share this video today, because I think it's important that we remember that very often some folks in the media or elsewhere might have a tendency to embellish or 'storytell'.  I think we just need to remember that we can't believe everything we read.  That's all, just a word of caution, that sometimes the truth is not always what's written.  Sometimes it's incognito.
